These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReelsFarmer (the "Service"), operated at reelsfarmer.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ReelsFarmer is a content automation platform that generates short-form video content — including multi-language vlogs with translated captions and AI-generated voiceover — and publishes it to social media accounts (including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) that you connect and authorize.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
To publish content on your behalf, ReelsFarmer requires you to connect and authorize access to third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, YouTube) via their respective OAuth authorization flows. You represent that you have the right to grant this access, and you remain solely responsible for complying with each connected platform's own terms of service and community guidelines. ReelsFarmer only publishes content you've created or approved through the Service, and only to accounts you've explicitly connected.
You retain ownership of the content you generate and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant ReelsFarmer the limited right to process, store, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide the Service (e.g. generating video files, uploading to platforms you've connected).
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the terms of service of any connected platform, and not to use the Service to access or publish to accounts you're not authorized to control.
ReelsFarmer is currently offered on a beta basis. Features, availability, and reliability may change without notice, and the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelsFarmer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken by third-party platforms on content published through the Service.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
